Your Men’s Journey (YMJ) is a supportive and empowering web and blog site for men amidst a challenging life transition that I refer to as a wake up call. The typical life situations that I characterize as a wake up call range from a divorce to a health or death scare of yourself or someone close to you, financial ruin to job loss to isolation and/or a life lacking purpose or connection with others.(Click here for a complete list to see if your situation qualifies as a wake up call).
From interpreting your call to answering the call to creating support to step into being the man you are capable of being in your roles as husband, father, friend, leader or partner,to the new relationship possibilities that lie ahead with your former spouse and potential new spouse, Ray has the practical and emotional experience to assist you on your journey.

Ray’s journey
Ray started his own personal journey on becoming a better man in 1999 by attending an experiential men’s weekend prompted by a divorce from his wife and mother of their three children. Subsequent to his weekend, Ray embarked on path of personal and professional development that spans 11 years. To his credit, Ray has manifested an amicable co-parenting relationship with his former wife, has successfully navigated his mid-life career transition (and still is!), as well as being a devoted husband and father of three teenagers.
Mid way through Ray’s 16-year career as a financial advisor, his life changing divorce prompted his commitment to his own personal development and its application in the workplace; Ray converted his practice to become a certified Life Planner and certified Money Coach. His workshop delivery skills and coaching individuals were born here. Upon leaving the Financial Services Industry Ray became a Business and Leadership Coach for several years before committing his life work to coaching the “man inside “ the father/husband, leader/ business man. Presently Ray helps people, teams and organizations remove barriers to success with a new company that he co-founded,
Ray’s commitment to his own personal development combined with various coaching trainings is the backbone of his practice.
